高校教学中心概况及对高校教师专业发展的启示

摘要

高校教学中心发展经历了兴起、快速发展和深化发展三个阶段.高校教学中心对大学教师专业发展与教学质量的提高具有重要作用.高校应引导与支持教师追求教学卓越,树立教学专业发展的核心理念;创建一种科研与教学协调发展的文化体系,实现大学教师专业的协调发展;利用多种途径与方法促进大学教师专业发展;创立专门服务大学教师专业发展的专业性机构或组织.%In 1962, the first Teachers' Teaching Improvement Center was established in Michigan University.Ever since such centers have gone through three phases: rising, quick developing and deepening.The teaching improvement center plays an active role in the teachers' profession and teaching quality.In colleges, it should be required to support the teachers' pursuits of best teaching and to form the idea of professional improvement.It also should be demanded to set up a culture of coodinative development between researches and teaching for the balanced improvement of the teachers' profession.For the purpose, various ways should be adopted including the establishment of pofessional institutes.
