表象训练对高校足球运动员比赛中注意品质的影响研究

Based on imagery training theory, when the two teams have the same strength before the match, Psychological factors is the main reason, By using the literature research, questionnaire survey, logic analysis and other methods. It proves that image training have a positive role in promoting the quality of attention and promoting the competition ability.%依据表象训练法的理论，在比赛前的运动员队伍尤其是双方实力相当的情况下，心理因素的影响占据了大部分，采用文献资料法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等研究方法，证明表象训练对比赛当中注意力的品质具有积极地促进作用，进而促进比赛成绩。
