目的 观察自体颞筋膜加筛骨垂直板夹层法修补鼻中隔穿孔的疗效.方法 12例中等大小鼻中隔穿孔患者,经中隔皮肤粘膜切口剥离中隔软骨形成粘膜袋,采用两层颞筋膜加筛骨垂直板夹层法修补穿孔,胶片固定两侧中隔粘膜,保证中隔粘膜平整.结果 12例患者中隔穿孔均一期愈合,随访8～24个月,中隔粘膜光滑,未发生再穿孔.结论 颞筋膜加筛骨垂直板夹层法修补中等大小鼻中隔穿孔,组织取材方便,手术操作简单,成活率高,是一种理想的修补材料及手术方法.%Objective Observation to therapeutic effect of repairing nasal septum perforation with auto temporal fascia and cribriform plate. Methods 12 patients with nasal septum perforation were treated by two layers of temporal fascia and cribriform plate that was put into a mucosal sac which was formed along incision on skin and mucosa on nasal septum. Two pieces of adhesive tape were puton bothside of septum to prevent dislocation of septum mucosa and cribriform plate. Results 12 cases heal with phase 1 and no perforation comes back again after 8-24 months follow up. Septum mucosa is smooth. Conclusion medial size of nasal septum perforation repaired by auto temporal fascia and cribriform plate is a simple and effective operation. Material can be got easily, and survival rate is high.
