老年患者行全膝关节置换术后活动量评估量表的信度和效度分析

摘要

Objective To investigate the activity assessment scale reliability and validity for total knee arthroplasty (TKR) patients. Methods 100 patients were selected TKR replacement,by the same evaluator using Frenchay activity scale re-cords of patients after TKR activity,according to the intraclass correlation coefficient and criterion related validity to evaluate its re-liability and validity. Results The Frenchay activity scalehas good reliability and validity in patients after TKR,intraclass correla-tion coefficient and criterion related validity was statistically significant (P < 0. 05). Conclusion The Frenchay activity scalehas good reliability and validity in the evaluation of totalhip arthroplasty in patients with good activity,is a reliable assessment tool.%目的：探讨活动量评估量表用于全膝关节置换术(TKR)后患者活动量评估的信度和效度。方法选取TKR 置换术后患者100例，由同一名评定者采用 Frenchay 活动量表对 TKR 术后患者的活动量进行记录，根据组内相关系数和效标关联效度来评价其信度和效度。结果 Frenchay 活动量表在 TKR 术后患者中有较好的信度和效度，组内相关系数和效标关联效度差异有统计学意义(P <0．05)。结论 Frenchay 活动量表在全膝置换术后患者的活动量评估中具有良好的信度和效度，是一种可靠的评估工具。
