ACTIVITY METER AND ACTIVITY AMOUNT ANALYSIS SYSTEM

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give advice to increase the amount of activity from a lifestyle-oriented viewpoint. PSOLUTION: A sampling part 60 in an arithmetic operation part 6 samples acceleration values measured by an acceleration sensor 1, and the sampled acceleration values are composed by an acceleration computing part 61. Then, an activity amount computing part 62 computes the amount of activity by using the acceleration composed by the acceleration computing part 61. An analysis part 64 compares the average amount of activity in a weekday with the average amount of activity in a holiday by using the amount of activity computed by the activity amount computing part 62. The analysis part 64 determines that the advice should be given for holidays if the average amount of activity in a weekday exceeds the average amount of activity in a holiday, and determines that the advice should be given for weekdays if the average amount of activity in a weekday is less than the average amount of activity in a holiday. Then, the analysis part 64 extracts time zones in which the average amount of activity is less than a predetermined threshold as inactive time zones from the amounts of activity in respective time zones of the day for which the advice should be given, and the extracted inactive time zones are ranked in order from the longer one.
