标准化特异性免疫治疗对儿童过敏性哮喘的临床疗效观察

摘要

目的：探讨标准化特异性免疫治疗对儿童过敏性哮喘的临床疗效、治疗进程中的不良反应及临床意义。方法对41例临床诊断为儿童过敏性哮喘患儿应用标准化屋尘螨提取液皮下注射进行特异性免疫治疗,观察每次免疫注射后全身及局部不良反应的发生情况。结果41例患儿中14．64%有不同程度的局部不良反应,24．39%有不同程度的全身不良反应,全身不良反应主要发生在注射维持剂量阶段。而治疗前后患儿肺功能有所改善。结论屋尘螨特异性免疫治疗对过敏性儿童哮喘的治疗耐受性、安全性好,该治疗对缓解患儿临床症状及改善肺功能有良好意义。%Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of specific immunotherapy for allergic asthmna. Meth-ods Totally 41 patients with allergic asthma were treated with subcutaneous immunotherapy( SCIT) . Then we recorded the adverse reactions. Results Local adverse reactions were observed with 14. 64% of patients. The occurrence rate of systemic adverse reac-tions was 24. 39% of patients. The systemic adverse reactions occurred mostly in maintenance treatment period. Good results could be attained in pulmonary function. Conclusion SCIT is safe for children with allergic asthma. For allercig asthma patients,SCIT have good effect and can remarkably improve the pulmonary function of asthma patients.
