电话随访对老年冠心病PCI药物治疗依从性作用分析

摘要

目的 探讨经皮冠状动脉介入术(PCI)后采用电话随访对于患者用药依从性的影响.方法 选取2014年1月至2015年12月在上级医院院治疗实施PCI手术治疗,随后回到社区进行后续治疗的110例患者,采用SPSS16.0软件生成随机数字表分为电话组(电话定期随访+出院医嘱+每3个月进行一次门诊随诊检查)和常规组(出院医嘱+每3个月进行一次门诊随诊检查)各55例,对比两组患者的用药依从性.结果 PCI术后3个月、6个月,电话组患者的SQA量表活动能力受限、心绞痛稳定、心绞痛发作、患者的主观感受、患者治疗满意度评分均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);PCI术后3个月、6个月、12个月,电话组患者的用药依从性好占比分别为90.20%、86.27%、82.35%,常规组分别为75.00%、67.31%、63.46%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);PCI术后12个月内,电话组患者的不良心血管事件发生率11.76%低于常规组的26.92%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 冠心病患者PCI术后采用电话随访指导患者用药能显著的提高患者用药依从性.%Objective To investigate the effect of telephone follow-ups on medication compliance of elderly patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods 110 patients were chosen who were received PCI in higher hospital and then came back to their community having a follow-up treatment from January 2014 to December 2015.By generating random digital table via SPSS 16.0 software,110 cases were equally divided into telephone group (with regular telephone follow-up and discharge medical advice and outpatient follow-up examination every three months) and conventional group (with discharge medical advice and outpatient follow-up examination every three months).Medication compliance of two groups were compared.Results The telephone group had higher scores of limited mobility,angina stability,angina attack,patients` subjective feelings and satisfaction of treatment in SQA Scale than the conventional group three and six months after PCI(P<0.05).Three,six and twelve months after PCI,the proportion of patients with good medication compliance were respectively 90.20%、86.27%、82.35% in the telephone group while those were respectively 75.00%、67.31%、63.46% in the conventional group.And comparing two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Twelve months after PCI,the rate of adverse cardiovascular events of telephone group was 11.76%,which was lower than 26.92% of conventional group(P<0.05).ConclusionTelephone follow-ups which guide patients to take medication can remarkably improve medication compliance of patients with coronary heart diseases after PCI.
