PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collect cases of an adverse effect highly accurately.SOLUTION: An adverse effect analysis system of the present invention has: a storage unit holding attached document information including information regarding an adverse effect of a medicine which is described in an attached document of the medicine, adverse effect case information showing examination values of a case in which the adverse effect of the medicine occurred, and clinical information showing examination values obtained by examination performed on a patient and prescribed medicines; an adverse effect dictionary generation unit which collects description regarding a specified adverse effect from the attached document information, collects the examination values corresponding to the collected description from the adverse effect case information, and creates adverse effect dictionary information including the collected description and the collected examination values; and an adverse effect data collection unit which determines whether or not the examination values included in the clinical information falls into an adverse effect on the basis of similarity between the clinical information and the adverse effect dictionary information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
