风浪流作用下耙吸式挖泥船运动数值模拟

         

摘要

耙吸式挖泥船是一种在港口与航道等基建工程中广泛采用的施工设备,挖泥船施工作业需解决的重要问题是深水及复杂作业环境下耙吸式挖泥船的挖掘精度控制.因此,为预测耙吸式挖泥船与耙头的运动,并为超深,超宽开挖控制提供依据,在考虑了风、浪,流、船舶操作力、海床反力、波浪补偿器及其滞后等影响因素的情况下,建立了耙吸式挖泥船运动数学模型,用实船测试数据对数值模型进行了检验.通过实例计算,研究了不同水深和不同风、浪、流等环境因素对耙头运动的影响.%Trailing Suction Hoper Dredger (TSHD) is a widely-used equipment in construction of channel and port. Under deepwater and difficult circumstances, dredging accuracy control of TSHD is an important issue to be solved. For providing the basis of the calculation of draghead motion as well as the control of overdepth and overwidth dredging, the author considers wind, wave, current, ship manoeuvring force, seabed reacting force, swell compensator and its lag, as well as other combined influencing factors, then build a mathematical model of the coupled motion of TSHD and draghead, which is tested and verified by real-ship data. The effects of water depth, wind, wave and current, etc, on the TSHD-draghead motion are investigated through an example.
