集装箱船纵骨端部焊趾处表面裂纹应力强度因子计算

     

摘要

纵骨端部是集装箱船疲劳强度校核的关键节点。采用有限元软件 ANSYS 模拟纵骨端部焊趾处的表面裂纹,提出了考虑裂纹深度与板厚比 a/B、裂纹的形状比 a/c、裂纹长度与扶强材两侧焊缝焊趾间的长度比2c/L及扶强材宽度 d 影响的纵骨端部焊趾处表面裂纹应力强度因子计算的基本经验公式。各种纵骨端部节点形式多样,对所有节点形式进行归类,分析各类节点形式的特点及其对应力强度因子的影响。各类节点焊趾处表面裂纹的应力强度因子可通过在基本经验公式上增加相应的修正项得到,可以为集装箱船纵骨端部的疲劳强度校核提供参考。%Longitudinal stiffener end join is a key point in fatigue strength assessment of the container ship. The finite element software ANSYS was used to calculate stress intensity factors of surface cracks at the weld toe of longitudinal stiffener end joints. Empirical formulas for calculating the stress intensity factors of surface cracks at the end of longitudinal stiffener join have been proposed, in which the effect of the crack depth and plate thickness ratio a/B, the crack shape ratio a/c, crack length and the weld length weld ratio 2c/L and stiffener width or equivalent width d is considered. There are many types of longitudinal stiffener end joins. By analyzing the characteristics of these joins and classifying them into four classes, the stress intensity factors of surface cracks in joins for all types of longitudinal stiffeners are given by means of modifying the base empirical formulas. That can provide reference for the fatigue strength assessment of the longitudinal stiffener end joins of container.
