船体肋板T型结构焊接-火工工艺链连续模拟研究

     

摘要

船体制造过程中,焊接与火工矫形都将引起局部残余应力/应变缺陷,有必要探究焊接-火工连续工艺链中缺陷累积的历程.基于非线性热弹塑性有限元理论,开展船体肋板典型T型构件焊接-火工工艺链连续模拟.采用有限元形函数法实现焊接模拟与火工模拟之间的数据映射,建立强度分析模型,分析工艺链残余应力演变历程及其对结构强度的影响.这项研究为船体结构设计制造的预测与监测提供了新的技术手段.%It is necessary to study the defects history in welding and line-heating process chain in ship hull manufacturing.Based on nonlinear thermal-elastic-plastic theory,simulation of the process chain of welding and line-heating for a T-shape part was studied.The shape function method was used to execute data mapping between welding and line-heating phases.A model for analyzing strength was found,through which the effects of the residual stresses on the structural strength was investigated.This study may be useful for monitoring the manufacture of ship hull.
