T型焊接接头的单边重焊工艺参数模拟研究

         

摘要

针对工程焊接结构件失效返工所产生的重焊问题进行了研究.以Q345钢T型焊接接头单边重焊为例,运用有限元软件Marc对焊接以及重焊过程进行模拟,并对焊接热输入对重焊的影响进行了分析,多道焊和重焊过程以生死单元法来实现.结果表明:单边重焊可以降低焊接结构整体的残余应力,特别使重焊边焊缝处应力及分布不均匀性得到大幅降低;焊接残余应力随重焊焊接热输入的增加而增大,焊接残余应力的整体分布不随热输入变化而变化.%In this article, the problem of rewelding caused from failure of welding workpiece was studied. Taking the T-type welding joint one-side rewelding of Q345 steel as an example, a simulation of welding and rewelding process was canied out by adopting finite element analysis software MARC, and the effect of welding heat input on rewelding process was analyzed. Birth-death element method was applied to realize multi-pass welding and rewelding, the results showed that one-side rewelding can reduce the overall residual stress of welding workpiece, especially for stress in rewelding weld and uniform distribution. Welding residual stress is increased with welding heat input increasing, however, the distribution of welding residual stress doesn't vary any more.
