CH4-CO2重整倒T型转化炉结构及模拟研究

         

摘要

Based on the two-stage reforming and converting mechanism of CH4-CO2,the concept of optimal matching of gas-solid flow,distribution and contact reinforcement,heat transfer and reaction kinetics was proposed.The appropriate structure and parts were adopted to make exothermic oxidation and endothermic reduction more complete and efficient.5 main parts of the inversed T-type reforming and converting furnace developed by Taiyuan Heavy Industry Co.,Ltd.were introduced:double-bell feeder,vapor seal device,body of inversed T-type reforming and converting furnace,gas distributor and slag lock.Numerical simulation analysis of deformation and strength was carried out by ANSYS to ensure safe running of the furnace.The analysis results showed that the connection area between main shell and side shell had the maximum stress,which was within the limit of safe allowable stress.%基于CH4-CO2两段重整转化机理,提出反应器内部气固流动、分配与接触强化、热量传递与反应动力学优化匹配的理念,运用适当的结构和构件,在进行氧化放热和还原吸热双反应时,使反应更加充分、高效.介绍了太原重工股份有限公司开发的倒T型重整转化炉五个主要构成部分:双钟罩加料机、汽封装置、倒T型重整转化炉主体、气体分布器、排渣装置.为了确保设备主体结构运行安全,运用ANSYS软件,对其变形及强度进行了数值模拟分析,分析结果表明,侧翼筒体和主壳体连接处产生的应力最大,并且在安全许用应力强度范围内.
