考虑艉管后轴承油膜支承力的轴系校中计算

         

摘要

为了准确地计算艉管后轴承的油膜支反力,考察艉管后轴承工作时的最小油膜厚度、最大油膜压力等局部参数,将轴系校中计算有限元模型和雷诺方程进行迭代求解.尾管后轴承是长轴承,将其分成多个轴承分段,用轴承分段的中点表征轴颈中心线的挠曲.求解雷诺方程,得到各个轴承分段的油膜支反力,将其作为轴系校中计算有限元模型的边界条件.经过迭代计算,求得尾轴承轴颈中心线的挠曲,油膜力沿轴承长度方向的分布,以及最大油膜压力、最小油膜厚度等参数,并研究了轴系转速对这些参数的影响.在低转速时,轴系边缘负荷明显.%In order to calculate oil film force, minimum thickness of oil film and maximum oil pressure more accurately for stern tube bearing, an iterative solution between the finite element model for shaft alignment and the Reynolds equation is presented. As the stern tube bearing is long, it is divided into several sections, and the center line of the shaft is represented by middle points of bearing sections. Oil film pressure can be obtained by solving the Reynolds equation, while the force on each bearing section is taken as the boundary condition in the finite element model. Bending of the shaft, distribution of oil film force, maximum bearing pressure, and minimum oil film thickness are given, as well as the influence of shaft rotation speed is discussed.
