T／R组件微组装工艺技术

摘要

This paper illuminates the micro-assembly technics process （equipment, assembly design） used in transmission/reception（T/R） components,and performs the test to the key technics procedure, studies the main factors influencing the assembly effect.%说明了适用于发射／接收（T／R）组件的微组装工艺流程（设备，组装设计），并对关键的工艺工序做了测试，研究了影响组装效果的主要因素。
