基于灵敏度分析的管路系统抗冲击优化设计

     

摘要

运用Sobol'法、傅立叶幅值灵敏度检验扩展法和重要测度法对某管路系统进行了灵敏度分析,得到了对管路系统冲击响应影响较大的若干参数.以这些参数为设计变量,以管路最大冲击等效应力为目标变量,联合运用子问题法及扫描法对管路系统进行了抗冲击优化设计,得到了一些有益于管路系统抗冲击设计的结论.研究表明,应用基于灵敏度分析的抗冲击优化设计方法能快速判断出舰艇管路系统中不合理的设计如支撑位置、刚度等,其结果为舰艇管路系统提高抗冲击能力进行改装提供了理论支持.%Sensitivity ananlysis is applied on the piping system by sobol' method, extended fourier amplitude sensitivity test method, and important measures method. The important parameters influence the shock response of the piping system is determined by the analysis. The shock resistance optimal design is applied on the piping system by a method combining with sub-problem and design variables sweeps and some signifieative conclusion is gained. In the process of the optimal design, the design variables are those determined by sensitivity analysis and the objective variable is the maximum equivalent stress. Some conclusion beneficial to optimal design is presented. This study indicated that the anti-shock optimal method based on sensitivity analysis can find the designing deficiency of the piping system such as supporting spot, supporting rigidity and etc. The result offers theory support to the piping system refitting for improving anti-shock performance. A new method is found for shock resistance optimal design of piping system.
