VLOC甲板舱口围总段总组及整体吊装工艺研究

With a 230 000 t VLOC as an example, this paper introduces the key points of the general segment of the deck hatch coaming group and the technical requirements of its accuracy control. It points out and analyzes the reasonable pad-eye layout and the scheme design of the lifting installation during the one-piece lifting process for the whole block. It can reduce the lifting deformation, and guarantee that the accuracy of the hatch coaming can meet the requirements of the hatch cover.%以23万吨VLOC为例，介绍甲板舱口围总组总段划分要点和总段总组精度控制工艺要求，指出并分析在总段整体吊装过程中，该如何进行合理的吊码布置和吊装方案设计，以减少吊装变形，并确保舱口围精度符合舱口盖安装精度要求。
