目的:探讨康莱特注射液(KLT)对胰腺癌Mia‐Paca2细胞增殖及凋亡的影响。方法通过CCK8法观察KLT对胰腺癌Mia‐Paca2细胞的增殖影响,通过Hoechst33258荧光染色法观察细胞凋亡改变。结果KLT能明显抑制Mia‐Paca2细胞的生长,对Mia‐Paca2细胞的作用具有时间及剂量的依赖性,Hoechst染色法观察,随着KLT浓度增加,Mia‐Paca2细胞呈现明显的凋亡特征。结论KLT能明显地抑制Mia‐Paca2细胞的增殖及促进细胞凋亡。%Objective To investigate the effect of Kanglaite (KLT ) on human pancreatic adenocarcinoma cell line Mia‐Paca2. Methods Growth inhibition was measured by Cell Couting‐kit 8 (CCK8)assay. Apoptosis was detected by Hoechst fluorescence staining 33258 method. Results KLT inhibited the growth of pancreatic adeno‐carcinoma cell Mia‐Paca2 in a dose‐and time‐dependent manner. By Hoechst fluorescence staining 33258 method , apoptosis increased obviously when dose of KLT increased. Conclusion KLT can induce apoptosis of human pan‐creatic adenocarcinoma cell.
