Objective To explore the effect of targeted nursing intervention on living quality in patients after surgical treatment of gynecological tumor .Methods Eighty cases of patients with gynecological tumor who ac-cepted operation treatment were selected .They were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group ,forty cases in each group .The patients in the control group were treated by conventional chemotherapy nursing ,while the patients in the intervention group were treated by targeted nursing intervention on the basis of the former .State anxiety score in two groups of patients before and after intervention were compared .Telephone follow-up of 5 months and the recovery of sexual life of patients in two groups were recorded and observed .Results The state anxiety score in the intervention group after intervention was lower than that before intervention .The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05) .Comparison of the frequency of sexual life situation before and after surgery showed that the frequency of sexual life of 3 months after operation of two groups was lower than that before the operation .The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05) .The frequencies of sexual life of 3 and 5 months after operation in the intervention group were higher than those of the control group .The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05) .The frequency of sexual life of 5 months after operation in the intervention group was closed to that before the operation .The difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05) .The frequency of sexual life of 5 months after operation in the control group was lower than that before the operation .The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05) .The incidence of pain during intercourse ,vagi-nal dryness and sleeplessness 3 months and 5 months after operation in the intervention group(20% ,30% ,38% ;5% ,10% ,12% ) were lower than that of the control group(42% ,52% ,65% ;20% ,28% ,38% ) .The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05) .Conclusion Targeted nursing intervention have a positive role in sexual life recovering in patients with gynecological tumor after operation and it has the guiding effect on clinical nursing work ,which is worthy of promotion .%目的 探讨针对性护理干预对妇科肿瘤术后生活质量的影响.方法 选取我院妇产科接受手术治疗的妇科肿瘤患者80例 ,将患者随机分为干预组和对照组各40例 ,对照组给予常规的化疗护理 ,观察组在前者的基础上予以针对性的护理干预.观察2组患者干预前后状态焦虑评分 ;电话随访5个月 ,记录并观察2组患者术后性生活恢复情况.结果 干预组干预后状态焦虑评分低于干预前 ,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).通过对比2组术前和术后的性生活频率情况得出 :2组术后3个月性生活频率均低于术前 ,差异具有统计学意义(P<0 .05);干预组术后3个月和术后5个月的性生活频率明显高于对照组 ,差异具有统计学意义(P<0 .01);干预组术后5个月性生活频率接近术前 ,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组术后5个月性生活频率依然低于术前 ,差异具有统计学意义( P<0. 05 ).干预组术后3个月和术后5个月性交疼痛、阴道干涩、失眠的发生率(20% 、30% 、38% ;5% 、10% 、12% )均低于对照组(42% 、52% 、65% ;20% 、28% 、38% ) ,差异具有统计学意义( P<0. 05 ).结论 针对性护理干预对妇科肿瘤术后生活质量的恢复具有积极作用 ,对临床护理工作具有指导作用 ,值得推广.
