术前心理评估及针对性干预对经皮肾镜碎石取石术后生活质量的影响

摘要

目的 探讨术前心理评估及针对性干预对经皮肾镜碎石取石术后生活质量影响.方法 80例行经皮肾镜碎石取石术患者,按随机数字表法分为两组各40例,对照组给予传统护理,观察组则加施术前心理评估及针对性干预,比较两组患者负面情绪、并发症与生活质量.结果 观察组干预后焦虑(AN)、抑郁(DE)、偏执(PA)等维度心理情绪评分及总体并发症发生率低于对照组;干预后3个月躯体功能(PF)、躯体疼痛(BP)、心理健康(PH)等维度生活质量评分高于对照组(P <0.01).结论 术前心理评估及针对性干预对经皮肾镜碎石取石术后生活质量影响效果显著,具有借鉴意义.%Objective To explore the effect of preoperative psychological assessment and targeted intervention on the quality of life after percutaneous nephrolithotomy.Methods Eighty patients underwent percutaneous nephrolithotomy were randomly divided into control and observation groups,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional care.The observation group was treated with preoperative psychological assessment and targeted intervention.The negative emotions,complications and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the scores of AN,DE,PA and overall complication rate in the observation group were significantly lower.After 3 months of intervention,the indexes of quality of life such as PF,BP and PH in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Preoperative psychological evaluation and targeted intervention have significant effect on quality of life after per-cutaneous nephrolithotomy.
