Objective To explore the expression of vitamin D and its receptor in smoking patients, so as to provide good advice for clinical treatment.Methods Serum samples and lung tissues of patients with lung cancer resection were collected and patients were divided into smoking group and control group.The serum levels of vitamin D were measured by ELISA and the expression levels of VDR mRNA and protein were detected by real-time quantitative PCR and Western blotting, respectively.Results The levels of vitamin D in serum and expression of vitamin D receptor mRNA and protein in smoking group were higher than those in control group.Conclusion The enhancement of vitamin D and its receptor expression may be involved in the alveolar fluid clearance of COPD patients, which may provide a theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of airway mucus hypersecretion in COPD patients.%目的 探讨吸烟患者血清中的维生素D水平及其受体在肺组织中的表达情况,为临床治疗提供参考依据.方法 收集临床肺癌手术患者的血清和肺组织,分为吸烟组和对照组.采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法测血清中维生素D水平,采用实时定量聚合酶链反应(PCR)和蛋白质印迹法,检测吸烟对维生素D受体的表达水平的影响.结果 吸烟组的维生素D水平、维生素D受体的mRNA和蛋白的表达都高于对照组.结论 维生素D及其受体水平表达的提高可能参与了慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者增强肺脏液体清除的作用,将为以后寻求合适药物减轻COPD患者气道黏液高分泌状态提供理论基础.
