乳腺癌中钙敏感受体、维生素D、钙浓度的表达水平及相关性研究

摘要

Objective To study the expression levels of calcium sensitive receptors(CaSR), vitamin D, calcium concentration in breast cancer and the correlations.Methods Between Jan.2011 and Aug.2014 in Baoji Central Hospital,126 cases of breast cancer were included in the study, and 40 patients with mam-mary gland fibroma were selected as mammary gland fibroma group.CaSR, 25 (OH) D,Calcium levels were tested.Results CaSR positive expression rate in the breast cancer tissue,carcinoma adjacent tissue, mam-mary gland fibroma tissue were 88.9%( 112/126 ) , 60.0%( 12/20 ) , 50.0%( 20/40 ) , CaSR positive expression rate in breast cancer tissue ewas higher than carcinoma adjacent tissue and mammary gland fibro-ma tissue,with statistically significant difference ( P <0.05 ) .The positive expression rate of CaSR in stageⅠ-Ⅱ patients,and stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ were 83.8%(62/74), 96.2%(50/52) respectively,the difference had no statistical significance(P>0.05).The serum 25 (OH) D,calcium levels of the breast cancer group were lower than the breast fibroma group [ ( 34 ±5 ) nmol/L vs ( 50 ±7 ) nmol/L;( 2.23 ±0.14 ) mmol/L vs (2.32 ±0.17) mmol/L], the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).CaSR positive expression rate and clinical stage were positively related in breast cancer(rs =0.467,P=0.015).Conclusion CaSR, 25 ( OH) D, Calcium are abnormally expressed in breast cancer; CaSR expression is involved in the onset and progress of breast cancer.%目的：探讨乳腺癌中钙敏感受体（CaSR）、25－羟基维生素D[25（OH）D]、血钙的表达水平及相关性研究。方法选择2011年1月至2014年8月宝鸡市中心医院收治的126例乳腺癌患者为研究对象，选取40例乳腺纤维瘤患者为乳腺纤维瘤组。检测CaSR、25（OH）D、钙的表达水平。结果乳腺癌组织、癌旁组织、乳腺纤维瘤组织中 CaSR的阳性表达率分别为88．9％（112／126）、60．0％（12／20）、50．0％（20／40），乳腺癌组织中CaSR的阳性表达率高于癌旁组织、乳腺纤维瘤组织，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。Ⅰ～Ⅱ期、Ⅲ～Ⅳ期患者 CaSR 的阳性表达率分别为83．8％（62／74）、96．2％（50／52），差异无统计学意义（P ＞0．05）。乳腺癌组血清25（OH）D、钙水平低于乳腺纤维瘤组[（34±5） nmol／L 比（50±7） nmol／L；（2．23±0．14） mmol／L 比（2．32±0．17） mmol／L]，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．01）。乳腺癌中CaSR的表达阳性率与临床分期呈正相关（rs ＝0．467，P＝0．015）。结论 CaSR、25（OH）D、钙在乳腺癌中呈异常表达；乳腺癌中CaSR的表达参与了乳腺癌的发病及进展。
