有砟高速铁路利用精测数据实施数字化捣固探讨

         

摘要

针对高速铁路高可靠性、高稳定性、高平顺性的要求,提出在有砟高速铁路地段,利用人工测量精测数据,优化线形设计,生成可导入大型养路机械计算机的起拨道捣固数据,发挥大型养路机械自动化精确起拨道捣固的功能,实现在有砟高速铁路地段大型养路机械数字化精确捣固的实施方案,从而改善高速铁路有砟地段线路设备质量,为今后有砟高速铁路精确修提供借鉴经验.%According to the requirements of high reliability, high stability, high smoothness of high-speed railway, this paper proposed that in ballast high-speed railway section, using manual measurement accuracy data to optimize alignment design, generated the lifting track tamping data could be imported into large-scale maintenance machinery computer, developed the function of automatic and accurate lifting track tamping of large-scale maintenance machinery, realized the implementation scheme of digital precise tamping of large-scale maintenance machinery in ballast high-speed railway section, so as to improve the quality of ballast section line equipment of high-speed railway, provided reference experience for future accurate repair of ballast high-speed railway.
