摘要

A method of processing an optical disk disc which can laser-process a groove, a prepit group on a groove track, and a prepit group on a land track with good quality and balance. An optical deflector is mounted on the optical path of the laser optical system for processing the prepit group, and the laser beam for prepit group processing is irradiated to approximately the center of the groove track and the land track. Then, both prepit groups are processed by the optical deflector with the same deflection amount in the opposite direction to the laser beam. The diffraction efficiency difference due to the difference in the deflection direction is corrected by independent control of the laser power.
