谈总监理工程师应具备的工作能力

Combining with self working experience, this article inquires the chief supervision engineer＇s capacity for work, and respectively describes organization management capacity, coordination control capacity, business technology capacity, and strain capacity and so on, with a view to guide practice, and to promote the improvement of chief supervision engineer＇ s level, and to comprehensively and successfully finish supervision task.%结合自身工作经验，探讨了总监理工程师应具备的工作能力，分别阐述了组织管理能力、协调控制能力、业务技术能力、应变能力等七方面内容，以期指导实践，促进总监工作水平的提高，从而全面优质地完成监理任务。
