橡胶粉改性沥青路面工程实践研究

摘要

Through comprehensively considering features and influential factors of rubber powder asphalt, the paper describes the production and construction technology of the new rubber power modified asphalt pavement from aspects of raw material selection of rubber powder, basic asphalt, coarse aggregate, fine aggregate and filling materials, the design and production, transportation, paving and rolling and forming of rubber powder asphalt mixture. Practice proves that rubber powder asphalt pavement has great effect of bleeding and sliding resistance and noise resistance. Through nearly two years＇ operation and return visit, it turns out that the pavement eveness is good without potholes. In addition, the proprietors are satisfied with the highway conditions.%综合考虑橡胶粉沥青的特点及其影响因素,从橡胶粉、基质沥青、粗集料、细集料和填料等原材料的选用,橡胶粉沥青混合料的设计与生产、运输、摊铺以及碾压成型等角度,详细阐述了一种新型的橡胶粉改性沥青路面的生产与施工工艺,实践证明：橡胶粉沥青路面具有良好的泌水性和抗滑、防噪效果,经过近两年的运行和回访表明,路面平整度等状况良好,无车辙、无坑洞,业主反映较好。
