就太原铁路局安全文化建设的重点内容、手段和方法进行了介绍，阐述了职工培训在企业安全文化建设中的作用，分析了职工培训和安全文化的相辅相成的关系，并对改进职工培训工作提出了相应的建议，即培训的定位要高，培训的内容要拓，培训的方法要新，培训的师资要优。%The thesis introduces major contents,means and methods of Taiyuan Railway Bureau safety culture construction,describe the role of staff training in enterprise safety culture construction,analyzes mutual relationship between staff training and safety culture,puts forward corre-sponding staff training suggestions,such as high training orientation,wide training contents,new training methods,high-quality trainers as well.
