According to many crushes on the concrete rail bearers of Datong-Qinhuangdao Railway,the paper researches the new rail bearer main-tenance material,which can meet the traffic demands after line maintenance in 30 minutes,explores the proven technique and construction meth-ods,and researches the requirements for the construction technique,preparation and arrangement with better construction effect.%针对大秦线混凝土轨枕压溃较多的现象,研制出了新型轨枕修复材料,线上修复后30 min即可达到放行列车条件,并对施工技术条件要求、准备及安排工作进行了研究,摸索出了成熟的施工方法和技术,最终取得了良好的施工效果。
