By investigating the rainwater and sewage drainage pipe networks of some resident's complex in the East of China,the paper analyzes the problems in the rainwater and sewage drainage pipe network of the area,and points out the reconstruction principle and scheme for the sewage and rainwater pipes,so as to improve the rainwater drainage pipe network of the resident's complex and perfect the water environment quality of the area.%通过调查华东某市居民小区雨污排水管网,分析了该区域雨污排水管网存在的问题,提出了污水管与雨水管的改造原则及方案,有利于完善居民小区雨污排水管网,改善区域水环境质量.
