Pipe Net Transform Scheme Appraisement for Low Effect Wells and Stations and Metering Rooms

摘要

The second oil deposit has the high operating cost per ton oil for the actual conditions of low effect wells and stations and metering rooms. This paper aim at the pipe net transform scheme uses the net present value (NPV) method to determine the feasibility of scheme. Choosing the best scheme, forecasting investment pay back period and calculating the economic benefits in measure validity according to net cash circulating curves. For oil field development the suggestions are to carry out stage analysis, terminate low effective development in time, be in charge of pipe net transform reasonably, raise the development overall economic benefits of oil field.
