管理者与提供者对护理站建设的意向调查分析

摘要

目的：了解上海市护理站管理者与服务提供者对护理站建设的建议。方法：对52名来自护理站及职能部门的管理者和护理站的服务提供者进行了焦点访谈和意向调查。结果：影响护理站发展的主要因素是定位不清、缺乏专项政策引导、社会知晓度过低、服务提供者能力较差。结论：有必要制定系列扶持政策，创新政府财政投入新模式，构建护理站服务体系，逐步拓宽服务对象，实施差异化医保支付比例。%Objective:To investigate the suggestion on the construction of the nursing stations from their managers and service providers in Shanghai. Methods:The focus group discussion and intent survey were developed in 52 managers and service providers from the nursing stations and professional management departments. Results:The main factors that inlfuenced the construction of the nursing stations were that the positioning was not clear, the special policy guidance lacked, social awareness was too low and ability of the service providers poor. Conclusion:It is necessary to develop a series of supporting policies, create the new mode of the government resource investment, construct the service system of the nursing stations, gradually expand the service objects, and implement the differentiated medical insurance payment ratio.
