甲状腺癌规范化治疗基础上的个体化处理

摘要

近年来，迅速增加的甲状腺癌发病率使甲状腺手术量大幅增加。但由于历史和客观原因，目前甲状腺手术，无论是甲状腺腺叶的切除量，还是颈部淋巴结的清扫范围，均存在许多不规范之处。本文结合国内外指南和临床经验，论述甲状腺癌手术的规范化操作和在此基础上的个体化处理建议。%The fast increased incidence of thyroid carcinoma lead to a proportional enhancement in number of thyroid surgeries in recent years. Due to historic and some objective reasons, present thyroid surgery, either the extent of thyroid lobectomy or cervical lymph node dissection, shows a lot of nonstandard practice. This paper reviews the standardized operation and individualized management for thyroid cancerbased on both native and abroad instructions and clinical experience.
