老年人中医适宜技术小班化学习效果分析

             

摘要

目的:探讨开展老年人中医适宜技术小班化学习的效果。方法:2014年4月—12月从社区选取老年人76例,分为观察组37例和对照组39例,观察组开展中医适宜技术小班化学习,对照组开展团队常规中医适宜技术健康宣教指导,8个月后比较两组干预前后对中医适宜技术的知晓率、利用率及中医适宜技术服务指导的满意度。结果:干预后,观察组对中医适宜技术知识的知晓情况和利用情况以及对中医服务指导满意度都较对照组显著提升(P<0.05)。结论:社区老年人中医适宜技术小班化的学习模式有助于提升中医药在社区的运用效果。%Objective: To study the effect of the elderly people learning the appropriate technology of traditional Chinese medicine in a small class. Methods:From April to December, 2014, 76 people were selected in the community and divided into an observation group with 37 cases and a control group with 39 cases. The observation group learned the appropriate technology of traditional Chinese medicine in the small class, and the control group was given the guidance of health education of traditional Chinese medicine by the team. After 8 months, the awareness rate, utilization rate of appropriate technology of TCM and satisfaction of the appropriate technical service guidance of TCM were compared between the two groups. Results:After the intervention, the appropriate technology awareness rate of traditional Chinese medicine, utilization rate of the appropriate technology of traditional Chinese medicine and satisfaction with the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine service were all significantly improved in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The mode of the community elderly people learning the appropriate technology of traditional Chinese medicine in the small class helps to improve the effective implementation of traditional Chinese medicine in the community.
