针对目前国内的空白,利用气浮轴承技术研制了0.1~10 Nm高准确度小量程扭矩标准机。采用杠杆砝码式加载原理,利用气浮轴承减少摩擦对准确度的影响,激光位移测量技术控制杠杆水平位置,钢箔悬挂技术最大程度控制砝码摆动现象。整台设备采用多量程砝码组全自动加载技术、计算机自动精确控制技术等,实现全自动控制,自动完成加载、卸载、数据采集、数据处理等操作。标准机的相对扩展不确定度为1.5×10-4(k=2)。%For domestic small-scale torque standard machine blank, the use of air bearing technology developed 0.1-10 Nm high accuracy small-scale torque standard machine.
