激光拉曼光谱仪在优化处理祖母绿鉴定中的应用

         

摘要

This article was mainly about the identification feature of natural, optimized and treated emerald by way of Raman spectrum. First, microscope was used to ensure the ifssures with ifller or not, then we used Laser Raman spectrometer to test the ensured position to conifrm the type of ifllers. After analyzing 8 emerald samples and 3 common used oil and glue, we ascertain that the peak 1 602 cm-1、1 180 cm-1、1 107 cm-1、817 cm-1、633 cm-1 of Raman spectrum was caused by epoxide resin, and peak 548 cm-1 was caused by Cr2O3 that often used as dye to improve color of emerald, these can be an important evidence of treatment. Raman spectrum can distinguish oil, glue and dye accurately, will be a more accurate and reliable method than traditional method for emerald identiifcation.%分析了天然及优化处理祖母绿的激光拉曼鉴别特征。先使用显微放大观察确定有无充填裂隙,确定位置后,再利用激光拉曼光谱进行检测,确定充填物的种类。通过对8件祖母绿样品及三种充填常用的油和胶以及染料铬的分析,确定了拉曼光谱1602 cm-1、1180 cm-1、1107 cm-1、817 cm-1、633 cm-1属环氧树脂的特征峰以及548 cm-1属染料铬的特征峰,可作为判定祖母绿优化还是处理的重要鉴定依据。拉曼光谱可以较为准确地区分油和胶以及祖母绿有无经过染色处理,比起目前常用的显微镜观察鉴定更为准确和可靠。
