Edwards.Deming points out that management is a process of closing,education management also should follow such a system. The particularity of the education system,however,makes it hard for closed loop is formed,also reduces the effectiveness of education management.In China mainland area,the view has been presented that improving higher education quality.By analysing effectiveness about holistic education in Taiwan from the education management system,to explore the university internal management efficiency and enhance education quality in institutions of higher path.%戴明指出,管理是一个闭合的过程,教育管理也应遵循这样的系统,然而教育系统的特殊性,使得闭合环难以形成,也降低了教育管理的实效.在我国大陆地区普遍提出提高高等教育质量诉求的同时,希冀通过从教育管理制度上分析台湾全人教育推进的有效性,探究高校内部管理效率以及高校教育质量的提升路径.
