新型医疗物资供应链SPD模式研究

摘要

To study SPD,the new pattern of supply chain management in modern hospital and its effect.Firstly,drug supply chain management patterns during medical reform in China are analyzed,including GPO and purchasing platform.Then,for Shanghai General Hospital,challenges in supply chain management and SPD adoption are analyzed.SPD pattern really works in dealing with efficiency,costs and human resources,which makes it worth to be used widely.%探究现代医院SPD药品供应链管理的新模式及其作用.首先分析了我国实施医疗改革以来出现的药品供应链管理模式,包括集团采购组织和阳光平台;然后聚焦于上海市第一人民医院,分析其面临的供应链管理困境,以及SPD供应链管理模式的实施操作.结果表明:SPD供应链管理模式在提高效率、控制成本和节约药师资源方面取得巨大成效,符合医药供应链的本质特点,是值得推广的现代医院管理模式.
