运动视频分析技术在针刺提插手法教学中的师生对比研究

             

摘要

Objective To compare the manipulation features between teachers and students by quantitatively analyzing the lifting-thrusting manipulations with the German Simi Motion 3D moving object extraction system; to explore the possibility of using moving object extraction technique in studying needling manipulations and guide the teaching.Method Thirty acupuncture- moxibustion teachers and 60 students majored in acupuncture and moxibustion were selected to perform lifting-thrusting manipulations at Quchi (LI 11) for 20s, which were recorded by video. The videos were analyzed by the Simi Motion 3D system for obtaining the primary moving parameters of 4 track markers including the tip of thumb. The differences in the parameters between the two groups of people were analyzed by t-test or rank-sum test, and the parameters of the teachers’ manipulations were analyzed and classified. Result The parameters of acupuncture manipulations were of abnormal distribution; during the lifting-thrusting manipulation, the proximal interphalangeal angles were positively related to the movement amplitude of X-axis; the mechanical output and movement parameters of the tip of thumb, the opening angle of proximal interphalangeal joint of index finger, and the amplitude of X-axis in the teacher group were higher than that in the student group; the lifting-thrusting manipulations of the teacher group can be classified into 4 types, basically according to the curve line and length of the cycle.Conclusion The parameters of acupuncture manipulations are generally featured by variety, the performer’s thumb and index finger present a rhythmic bi-axial movement, and the lifting-thrusting manipulation can be simplified to be a fixed-axis rotation centered by the interphalangeal joints of thumb and index finger; the manipulation is more forceful and the interphalangeal opening is bigger in the teacher group compared with that in the student group. The acupuncture manipulation parameters present a typical man-controlled curve, featured by a low-concentrated neural network classification; the experiment results show that the teachers have different understandings of the lifting-thrusting manipulations, which will influence the teaching results.%目的:通过德国Simi Motion 3D三维运动图像解析系统对师生提插平补平泻手法进行量化分析,获得手法参数,对比手法特征。探索运动视频技术研究针刺手法的可行性,并指导教学。方法研究选择30例针灸教师及60例针灸专业学生,取一侧曲池穴作为施术穴位,记录两组成员提插平补平泻20 s的运动视频。视频经由Simi Motion 3D三维运动图像解析系统分析,得出“拇指指尖”等4个跟踪标记点位原始运动参数。通过t检验或秩和检验对比两组人员在相同手法施术过程中各跟踪标记点位的物理学参数差异情况,通过神经网络分析教师手法分类参数。结果针刺手法参数呈非正态分布;提插手法近端指间关节角度的变化与X轴运动幅度呈正相关;教师组拇指指尖点位的力学输出、运动参数、食指近端指间关节开合角度以及X轴向摆动高于学生组;教师组提插手法可分4类,主要根据曲线外形及周期长短进行。结论针刺手法参数总体上表现为非正态分布的多样性特征,且操作者拇食指的节律性双轴运动显著,提插手法可简化为以食指与拇指掌指关节为转轴中心的定轴转动;与学生组相比,提插过程中教师组更为用力、手指关节开合角度更大。针刺手法参数曲线为典型“人为控制曲线”,表现出神经网络分类集中度较低的特点;研究结果显示教师对于提插手法的特征理解不一,将会影响教学效果。
