乙酸灌注兔肝门静脉分支后兔肝组织超声改变的实验研究

摘要

观察乙酸灌注兔肝门静脉分支后兔肝组织的二维超声、彩色多普勒、脉冲多普勒变化。选19只兔，分5组，剖腹后经门静脉右外支注入50％乙酸（按公斤体重），行彩色多普勒和脉冲多普勒检测，发现灌注区门静脉无血流信号或有极少的血流信号，伴行的肝动脉血流速度明显降低甚至未能测到。认为经门静脉分支灌注乙酸可同时降低或阻断灌注区肝组织的门静脉和肝动脉血供。%To observe the changes of rabbi t hepatic tissues intwo-dimensioned ult rasound，color Doppler，pulse Doppler afte r infusing acetic acid into the branches of portal veins，19 rabbits were divided into 5 groups.acetic acid was infused r espectively into the branches of portal veins.The results showed that after acet ic acid was infused into the branches of portal veins，there were no blood signal s or there was only low-velocity blood f low which could be detected in the porta l veins and the parallelled hepatic arte ries in the infused areas.It suggests th at infusing acetic acid into the branche s of portal veins can decrease or stop t h e blood supply of hepatic tissues by bot h portal veins and the parallelled hepat ic arteries.
