慢性胃炎及胃癌组织中膜联蛋白A1 mRNA 的表达变化及意义

摘要

Objective To observe the expression and significance of ANXA1 mRNA in tissues of chronic gastritis and gastric cancer.Methods The expression of ANXA1 mRNA in 40 samples of gastric cancer and 20 cases of chronic gastri-tis were measured by q-PCR.The relationship between ANXA1 mRNA and clinicopathologica parameters of gastric cancer was analyzed.Results The rate of ANXA1 mRNA high expression in gastric cancer tissues was 90%(36/40), and 75%(15/20) in chronic gastritis, P>0.05.The expression of ANXA1 mRNA in gastric cancer tissues was not significantly correlated with clinicopathologica parameters (all P>0.05).Conclusion ANXA1 mRNA showed overexpression in chro-nic gastritis and gastric cancer, which suggested some association between inflammation and carcinogenesis.%目的：观察慢性胃炎及胃癌组织中膜联蛋白A1（ ANXA1） mRNA 的表达变化，并探讨其临床意义。方法采用q-PCR方法检测40例胃癌组织、20例慢性胃炎组织中的ANXA1 mRNA，并分析其与胃癌临床病理参数的关系。结果在胃癌组织中90％（36／40）高表达ANXA1 mRNA，慢性胃炎组织中75％（15／20）高表达，P＞0．05。 ANXA1 mRNA表达与胃癌临床病理特征之间无显著相关性（P均＞0．05）。结论 ANXA1 mRNA在胃癌组织及慢性胃炎组织中均高表达，慢性胃炎与胃癌的发生发展可能有潜在相关性。
