肿瘤细胞与CD133+细胞数检测对恶性胸腔积液患者病情与治疗效果的预测价值

摘要

Objective:To sinvestigate the predictive value of tumor cell and CD133+ cell count on the outcome of patients with malignant pleural effusion.Methods:58 cases patients with malignant pleural effusion were select-ed.All patients with CT examination in our hospital,all of the patients before treatment,the pleural effusion were collected for tumor cell count operations,cell number and clinicopathological characteristics of patients with malig-nant pleural effusion and the relationship between the therapeutic effect forecast.Results:Tumor cell Numbers in different genders,different ages,and there were no significant differences between the pathological types of lung cancer,tumor cells have obvious differences in the different scope of transfer,the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).Number of CD133+ cells in different gender,age,and there were no significant differences between the pathological types of lung cancer,tumor cells number have obvious differences in the different scope of transfer, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical effect of tumor cell number and CD133+ cells was significantly superior to that of patients with multiple cells,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0. 05).Conclusion:Tumor cells and CD133+ cells in pleural effusion can accurately reflect patients with malignant pleu-ral effusion,and they may be effective predictors of advanced lung cancer.%目的:研究肿瘤细胞与CD133+细胞数对恶性胸腔积液患者病情与治疗效果的预测价值.方法:选取伴有恶性胸腔积液的患者58例,所有患者均在我院进行了CT 检查,所有患者在治疗前收集胸腔积液进行肿瘤细胞计数操作,研究细胞个数与恶性胸腔积液患者临床病理特征及治疗效果预测方面的关系.结果:肿瘤细胞数在不同性别、不同年龄段以及肺癌的病理类型之间没有显著差异,肿瘤细胞数在不同转移范围中差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).CD133+ 细胞数在不同性别、不同年龄段以及肺癌的病理类型之间没有显著差异,肿瘤细胞数在不同转移范围中差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).肿瘤细胞数和 CD133+ 细胞数少的患者临床疗效明显优于细胞数多的患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:胸腔积液中的肿瘤细胞和CD133+细胞数可以较为准确的反映恶性胸腔积液患者病情,同时它们可能是晚期肺癌的有效预测因子.
