三乌丸的毒理研究

摘要

Objective:Observed the median lethal dose of San‐wu pill in mouse ,to evaluate its safety .Methods :In the mortality rate of 0% (Dn) and 100% (Dm ) within the scope of five give medicine doses were determined ,each dose group including 10 mouses ,observing 14 days ,by Bliss method to calculate the median lethal dose (LD50) and other data .Results :The dose of Sanwu pill to fill the stomach to measure LD50 of mouse was 5 .12 ± 0 .4232 g/kg .Conclu‐sions :The treatment dose of Sanwu pill was without any toxic effects ,and it is very safe and feasible .%目的：观测小鼠分别口服大剂量三乌丸的半数致死量，以评价其安全性。方法：在死亡率0％（Dn）和100％（Dm ）范围内确定5个给药剂量，每个剂量组用10只小鼠，观察14d ，用Bliss 法计算出半数致死量（LD50）等数据。结果：三乌丸小鼠灌胃给药测得LD50为5．12±0．4232g ／kg。结论：三乌丸的治疗量没有发生任何毒性反应，是非常安全可行的。
