明代盐法运行中的官商合作

摘要

明代盐法是由政府主导，通过官商合作来运行的，其目的是调配物资，巩固边防，完成财政周转。这种合作建立在国家对商人财力有所需要的基础上，官、商之间结成了一种共生关系。为使合作顺利进行，明政府针对盐法运行中出现的问题做出各种调整，注意商众和政府双方利益。从明代盐法运行中的官商合作情况可以看出，当时的商人、商业同国家既有体制具有很大的契合空间，帝制体系与一定程度的商品经济繁荣可以互洽并行。%Salt Law in Ming Dynasty is guided by government and operated through official and mer⁃chant cooperation, aiming at allocating materials, consolidating frontier and realizing financial circula⁃tion. This cooperation is built on the need of the state on the financial power of the merchant and therefore they form a mutual relationship. In order to fulfill a smooth cooperation, the government ad⁃justs according to issues in the operation and considers the mutual benefits. From this cooperation we can see a great conforming space between commerce and merchant and the existing system of the state and imperial system can agree with commercial and economic prosperity.
