贵州紫心甘薯种质资源ISSR遗传多样性分析

摘要

ISSR molecular marker is applied to analyze the genetic diversity of the 23 purple sweetpotato germplasm resources in Guizhou that is introduced and breeding.Results indicate that the similarity coefficients of the 23 purple sweetpotato germplasm resources in Guizhou ranged from 0.07-0.62,average value was 0.32,demonstrate that the 23 purple sweet potato germplasm resources in Guizhou have closer genetic relationship,and the value of Qianzishu No.1 and 13-4-1 is the highest,the highest value for the Qianzishu No.1 and 13-4-1 is 0.62,the lowest value for the 13-32-36 and 13-27-5 is 0.07.Clustering analysis indicates that the 23 purple sweetpotato germplasm resources in Guizhou is divided into five groups,the first group has 15 samples,the second group has 4 samples,the third group has 2 samples,the fourth and the fifth group has 1 sample each one.The genetic relationship between purple sweet potato germplasm resources can be provided by ISSR molecular marker,which can provide some theoretical guidance for purple sweet potato breeding in Guizhou.%利用ISSR分子标记分析了引进和选育的23份贵州紫心甘薯种质资源的遗传多样性.结果表明,23份贵州紫心甘薯种质资源间的遗传相似系数范围为0.07～0.62,均值为0.32,表明23份贵州紫心甘薯种质资源间的亲缘关系比较接近,其中黔紫薯1号和13-4-1的最大,为0.62;13-32-36,13-27-5的最小,为0.07.通过聚类分析将23份紫心甘薯种质资源分为5大类群,第1类为15份,第2类为4份,第3类为2份,第4类和第5类各1份.通过ISSR分子标记明晰贵州紫心甘薯种质资源间的亲缘关系,可为贵州省紫心甘薯新品种选育提供一定的理论指导.
