浅谈科技馆讲解员团队建设--广东科学中心讲解员培训之见

摘要

Commentator in science museum is a key role of disseminating science knowledge.Starting from the definition of science museum and commentator,this paper illustrated factors to build an excellent commentator team in science museum,namely rational outlook on talents,system and procedure refinement and cultural atmosphere creation.Moreover,sustainable ability improvement is crucial in the process.The author proposed the commentator competency model as the foundation of sustainable ability improvement in science museum.%在传播科学知识的过程中，科技馆的讲解员起着关键的纽带作用。本文从科技馆及讲解员的定位说起，强调科技馆要打造优秀的讲解员队伍，除了有合理的人才观、制度流程的细化、文化氛围的营造外，关键是人员能力的持续提升，并由此提出讲解员能力素质模型作为科技馆讲解员能力持续提升的立足点。
