“群众路线”视域下的高校学生评教制度改革

摘要

Student evaluation of teaching (SET)in university is an important method, which can enhance interaction between teachers and students, and improve teachers' teaching level as well. Recently the reformation of the system of SET has become a focus of educational reformation in Chinese universities. As one of the magic weapons for our party to overcome all the difficulties, the Mass Line is also adapted to the reformation of the system of SET. The Mass Line is a powerful assurance in educational reformation. From the viewpoint of the Mass Line, the authors respectively analyzed the problems existing in determining the goal of SET, designing the indexes of SET and utilizing the result of SET. Then the authors discussed the relationship between the reformation and the Mass Line. Finally, the authors presented how to insist on the Mass Line in the reformation of SET.%高校学生评教是增强师生互动，促进高校教师提高教学水平的一个重要手段。近年来，学生评教制度改革已经成为了我国高校教育教学改革的重点之一。作为我党克敌制胜的法宝之一的“群众路线”同样适应于高校学生评教制度改革，是改革取得成功的有力保证。文章在“群众路线”的视域下，分别从学生评教目标的确立、学生评教指标体系的制定、学生评教的过程以及学生评教结果的反馈与利用等方面分析了学生评教制度改革中存在问题，论述了评教制度改革与群众路线的重要联系，并指出了如何在评教制度改革中坚持群众路线。
