This paper simply analyzes the information service in the network environment in college libraries. And it also illustrates the new characters, details and conditions of library network information service and how to do it well for teachers, students and teaching activities.%本文对网络环境下图书馆信息服务工作进行了简要地分析，阐述了网络环境下图书馆信息服务的新特点、具体内容、应具备的条件等，对高校图书馆面对网络化、信息化如何做好师生和教学的信息服务工作进行了论述。
