高职院校文化素质教育的有效途径和方式

摘要

Higher vocational students are reserve forces personnel of production,construction, management and service first-line high skill,its main characteristic is to learn and master the practical advanced technology. However much higher vocational colleges while emphasizing technology acquisition has neglected the cultural quality education, resulting from the “comprehensive and harmonious development of students” track. This paper analyzes the current situation of vocational education of cultural quality, and puts forward some effective ways to strengthen the education of cultural quality and style.%高职院校培养的是生产、管理、建设和服务一线的高技能人才，通过培训让学生握实践技能。但目前有很大一部分高职院校在强调学生技能培养的同时却忽略了文化素质教育，导致偏离了“学生全面协调发展”的轨道。本文分析了高职院校文化素质教育现状，并提出了加强文化素质教育有效途径。
