More and more firms and countries pay much attention to the disruptive innovation theory to direct them to gain advantage in postponement. This paper explains what the building process of management theory is ,and why the process is quite feasible to study theory evolution. Then, using it as benchmark, this paper analyzes the different ongoing evolution progresses in different building stages of Christensen's theory.
