非常规突发事件下应急物流中心建设研究

摘要

Emergency logistics centre is the key node to achieve effective management and distribution of materials under unconventional emergency. Firstly, the paper analyzed and summarized the concepts and topology structure, character and system planning of emergency logistics network, then discussed the classification, function and the principle of the emergency logistics center. It finally paid attention to the policy issue of the emergency logistics center, which provided an important basis for the development and performance evaluations of emergency logistics centre under the unconventional emergency.%应急物流中心是非常规突发事件下实现物资有效调度与配送的关键节点.首先分析和总结了应急网络的概念和拓扑结构、特征以及规划,然后通过探讨应急物流中心的分类、功能以及建立的原则,重点对建设应急物流中心的策略问题进行了研究,为当前非常规突发事件下应急物流中心的建设和绩效评价提供了重要依据.
